BY INSTALLING AND/OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND

a legal agreement between Verlag Peter Ewers, Paderborn (VPE) and you, end user of the Software.

protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions.

TERMS OF USE.
You may not
modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software and the contained wav-data. You may not distribute the program without
our written permission. You may not distribute registration key to any party by any means, including, but not limited to, networks, electronic storage media or hard copies.
WARRANTY.
VPE
does not guarantee that this Software is free from bugs or free from viruses, although we try to offer a non-virus-infected version at our server.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND VPE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH DESCRIPTION, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT
SHALL VPE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE VPE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND SOFTWARE DEINSTALLATION.
TERMINATION.
This Agreement shall immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon termination to promptly
destroy the Software Product together with all of its component parts, prior and replacement versions, and all copies and modifications thereof in any form.
